W°pots Moderna line: style meets steel

The style of the Moderna line is characterized by its polished steel body, which makes it light to use and pleasing to the eye, and by its scratch-resistant interior coating with "Black Diamond" diamond powder. Beautiful to look at, practical and durable to use.

It is available with two types of handles.

In the Smart version, practicality meets design and functionality with the patented curved handle, which won the Red Dot Design Award Honorable Mention in 2011, one of the most important design awards in the world. The Smart handle offers a number of advantages, including reduced effort during use, improved grip and safety on the stove, and a reduced risk of accidental burns to the handle. Not only that, but it also increases the usable space on the hob, takes up less space when stored, limits the risk of children accidentally accessing the pan on the stove, and makes it easier for people with reduced muscle strength to use the pan. The Smart handle is available in black and in the colors chosen by interior designer Andrea Castrignano: Amethyst and Lagoon.

In the Eco-logical version, on the other hand, the handle is made from rice husks, the waste product resulting from the husking of paddy rice, the raw rice after threshing. This ingredient gives rise to a sustainable line that breathes new life into a material that would otherwise be destined for the trash. The revolution that is good for the environment, with a view to the circular economy, starts with rice processing waste. The handle line is unique and modern in design, thanks to its square and minimalist features. Its length is greater than traditional handles, as in professional cookware. The black-coated ring nut and the W°Pots logo complete the design.

The base of the Moderna line, in both handle versions, is smooth, uniform, and thick full-induction, allowing for even and faster cooking. The line can therefore be used on both gas and induction hobs.
