User
If you want to register on the Weissestal website, you need to create an account by clicking on the little man symbol in the top right-hand corner and then on the “Register now” button.
Once you have registered by entering your details and setting a password, you will receive an email at the address you provided (check your spam folder) with a link to click on to confirm and finalize your registration on the website.
Your personal profile will then be created: you can log in whenever you want to complete and edit your information at a later date.
When you register, you can also decide whether to receive information about new Weissestal collections and events by email.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Click on the little man symbol at the top right of the website. Then click on “Forgot your password?”.
Enter the email address you used to register and you will receive an email asking you to enter the new password you want to use.
Important: if you do not receive the email after a few minutes, check the SPAM or junk mail folder of your email account.
You can request to delete your profile at any time. Simply send an email to customer service with the username, first name, and last name you provided during registration to verify your identity.
Weissestal will process your request and deactivate your account, sending you confirmation by email. You can also request that your data be permanently deleted and not just deactivated.
Important: if you have placed orders on the website that have been invoiced to you, it is not possible to delete your information from the invoices. Your profile will be deleted, but your tax data will remain.
Bonuses are discount vouchers, either percentage-based or fixed value, which you can use to make purchases on the website.
When you register on Weissestal for the first time, you will receive an email with the code Welcome26 to get a €5 discount on your first purchase of at least €50. The Welcome26 welcome code does not expire.
Discount vouchers must be entered in the appropriate field “Do you have a Bonus Discount?” in your shopping cart before purchasing: they are not entered automatically.
Payments
You can shop online in complete security with all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.) or, if you are a PayPal customer, you can also pay via your PayPal account, in which case you can also take advantage of the three-installment payment plan offered exclusively to PayPal customers.
Important: it is not possible to pay with debit cards, checks, or cash on delivery.
“Pay in 3 installments” is only available to individuals of legal age and only to holders of a Personal PayPal account with which they are registered as residents in Italy.
These individuals must also have a valid debit or credit card or a confirmed bank account linked to their PayPal account as a payment method for the entire duration of the repayments under the Financing.

Buy
There are several ways:
- if you know the name of the product or line you want, you can type it in the Search field at the top right of the website. The search results will appear immediately in a preview. If you want to see the search results in full screen, type what you want to search for and press enter on your keyboard or smartphone or tablet;
- If you know the product code, type it into the Search field at the top right.
- Browse using the filters by category and subcategory.
- If you are looking for inspiration for a particular outfit or want to see how food bloggers and interior designers combine products, click on “Styles” and let yourself be guided.
You will receive an order confirmation email after each purchase.
You can also find a summary of your orders in your profile.
Styles are product combinations created by Weissestal, selected food bloggers, and interior designers.
Styles can inspire you for your important dinners, for giving or treating yourself to a new refined set of porcelain dishes or Made in Italy glasses and goblets, and even for your wedding registry.
The set is a suggestion that you can find in the “Styles” section of the website. Simply select the number of guests you want to set the table for and the quantity of items suggested will be updated automatically.
The products included are suggestions for a complete table setting, but you can customize the quantities and items according to your needs before proceeding with the purchase.
You can always add or remove other products even after confirming your style.
Once the order has been completed and paid for, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it. You will need to wait for delivery, inform the company by email, and proceed with any returns.
If you wanted to add other items to your order after completing it, you will need to place a new order.
In each product sheet, you will find the “Product Sheet” section. Click on it to view all the information about the product.
Sometimes a product may not be immediately available. However, you can ask to be notified when it becomes available again by clicking on the Reserve button.
You will then receive an email when the product is available for purchase. Your reservations will be visible in your profile.
Important: you must have a registered account on the Weissestal website in order to request a reservation.
Once you have registered on the Weissestal website, you can simply add the products you want to remember to your Wishlist.
Click on the heart icon on the product photo and you will find your selection in your profile.
Important: adding a product to your Wishlist does not add it to your cart: if you want to buy it, you must specifically add it to your cart.

We are required for tax purposes to invoice every purchase, even to private individuals.
All you need to do is provide your tax ID number, in addition to the other mandatory information, during the purchase process.
Some of the items on our website are marked “pre-order product.” A pre-order item is not yet available in our warehouse, but will arrive shortly, and you can purchase it in advance to ensure immediate shipping as soon as it becomes available.
The estimated arrival date is indicated on the product page and is shown in the purchase summary.
Delivery times will depend on availability on that date. In the event of any advances or delays to the estimated times, we will inform you promptly and communicate the new expected date.
Shipping
The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart.
Shipping is free for orders over €99 within Italy, including the islands.
If you do not reach the free shipping threshold, the cost is €12.
Your order is prepared in the warehouse on the working day following receipt.
We then arrange for the courier to pick it up (we work with DHL, Bartolini, GLS, or SDA) and transit times vary from 2 business days after the day of the order, up to a maximum of 4 business days after the day of the order for islands and remote locations.
In addition to the order confirmation emails, you will receive emails informing you when your order is ready and when it has been shipped. You will also be provided with a tracking code so that you can monitor your order yourself on the courier’s website.
Important: if you do not receive emails about the status of your order, always check your spam or junk mail folder.
Withdrawals and returns
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Notify Weissestal of your decision and explain the reason for the return. To make a return, please note that the products:
- must not have been used or washed;
- must be packed in their original packaging and must not have been tampered with;
- must contain all components included in each box intact.
To proceed with the return if you change your mind, notify Weissestal of your intention and you will be contacted to arrange transportation. If you change your mind, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the products purchased on the website to the central warehouse.
Only intact and undamaged products will be refunded: it is important that all returns are packaged securely and suitable for transport.
For products purchased from physical stores or authorized retailers, please contact the store where you made your purchase directly.
For purchases made online, contact us HERE specifying the defect. Customer Service will find a solution and respond as soon as possible.
Once the return arrives at the warehouse, it will be promptly verified and all products that comply with the return policy will be refunded:
- to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal;
- by bank transfer to your account or directly to your credit card if you paid by credit card. In the case of a bank transfer, you will be asked to provide your IBAN and the name of the account holder for the refund.

If you have returned the product because you changed your mind, Weissestal will refund the full amount you paid when you placed the order, including shipping. You are responsible for the shipping costs if you change your mind.
In the case of a defective or broken product, once the incident has been documented, you will be refunded the full amount you paid.
You are responsible for disposing of the broken or defective product. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with your local regulations.
You can only return a product if it is in its original packaging, properly packed, with all accessories and components.
The product must be in perfect condition and must be as you received it, without having been used or washed.
The boxes must not be tampered with.
Environmental labeling requirement
Check the Weissestal products on this page for information on the composition of packaging in accordance with Decision 129/97/EC.
Important: always check the regulations in your municipality.
- Corrugated cardboard is classified as PAP 20;
- Non-corrugated cardboard is classified as PAP 21;
- Paper is classified as PAP 22.
If the packaging of the boxes features cardboard coupled with sponge, the sponge can be easily removed from the cardboard by hand. Disposal will follow the following methods:
- non-corrugated cardboard PAP 21: separate paper collection;
- the sponge is polyurethane foam called CDH 18/D: take it to your local recycling center, where you will find specific collection points for mattress padding, polyurethane waste, and bulky materials.
Important: always check the regulations of your municipality.
Porcelain does not go in the glass container.
Small quantities should be disposed of in the dry waste/unsorted waste bin.
Large quantities should be taken to your local recycling center.
