Our porcelain, also known by the poetic name of "White Gold," is a high-quality manufactured porcelain, made with precious raw materials that enhance both its purity and its unique characteristics in everyday use.
To obtain this extraordinary porcelain, we use a mixture of refined minerals, such as kaolin, feldspar, and quartz, which undergoes processing at very high temperatures, transforming it into an elegant and resistant material, a symbol of beauty and perfection.

To bring the wonderful Souvenirs de Voyage and Exotic Jungle collections by Simone Guidarelli to life, we combine the efficiency of industrial technology with the skill of craftsmanship. Each plate, made of light and transparent porcelain, is unique thanks to the artistic decoration carried out strictly by hand by expert craftsmen.

The production process
All our products are made through a diversified production process, carefully studied down to the smallest detail, which includes several steps:
- First firing: the porcelain undergoes an initial firing in a kiln at around 1000 °C, a high temperature that transforms the raw material into a compact and resistant material, ready for subsequent processing.
- Glazing and second firing: the porcelain is glazed by hand with a special glaze, a mixture based on mineral oxides, which during the second firing at approximately 1350 °C is transformed into a glassy layer, giving the surface its unique shine and brilliance.
- Application of decals and third firing: the decals, applied by hand with precision, are fixed by a third high-temperature firing, which integrates them perfectly under the glaze. This process not only makes the surface smooth and flat to the touch, but also ensures that the decals are protected from scratches, such as those caused by cutlery. Furthermore, their position under the glaze ensures food safety, unlike other cheaper processes where decorations can be exposed and vulnerable.
- Artistic finishing with gold and fourth firing: all items are further finished with artistic details in real gold, applied by hand with fine brushes. This work requires extraordinary precision, and the small imperfections that may emerge testify to the authenticity and craftsmanship of the process. Once this phase is complete, the items undergo a fourth firing at a very high temperature, which permanently fixes the gold, giving the pieces a timeless elegance.
Finally, the packaging and gift box, handcrafted in Italy, lend the collection elegance and functionality.
But elegance is not everything: these boxes are also designed to ensure maximum safety during transport. Each piece is protected by shock-absorbing sponges, specially designed to prevent breakage and damage, ensuring that the product arrives intact at its destination.

• Cups: each cup undergoes five different processes and five different firings before arriving on your table, a process that guarantees quality and excellence in every detail.
• Internal decorations: not only the exterior, but also the interior of some items such as soup plates, cups, salad bowls, and vases is decorated, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Gold threads: the gold threads applied by hand with very fine brushes vary in thickness from 3 to 5 millimeters, giving each piece a precious and unmistakable touch.
• Extremely light vases: our vases, up to 30 cm tall, are surprisingly light, weighing just 900 grams, despite their imposing appearance.
• Unique transparency: each item is made of porcelain so fine and thin that, when held up to the light, you can see the shadows of your hand. A detail that makes each piece almost magical.
