HOMI 2023

From January 26 to 29, 2023, the annual event to discover the new collections and trends in home decor was held at the Fieramilano exhibition center. There were many interesting ideas, many decorations, and many colors, but at the Weissestal stand, the watchword was just one: elegance.

The Neoclassico line pays homage to traditional decorations, applied to unique shapes and classy accessories such as soup tureens, milk jugs, and teapots, all finished with precious 12 kt gold thread for a touch of light and refinement. There are three colors: Rome red, Parma black, and Florence blue, each evoking a characteristic of the city whose name it bears. Rome, with its mesh and chain decoration, symbolizes the unbreakable bond between the Eternal City and its millennial history and traditions, recounted in every corner, bridge, and street. Parma pays homage to the shapes of the Masone maze, the largest in the world made with bamboo plants, located in Fontanellato, near the city. Florence recalls the ancient art of wrought iron and the customs of yesteryear, which are brought back to life in the work of blacksmiths and in the majestic gates that characterize the Tuscan landscape, the result of skilled hands that carve and emboss raw iron.

The collaboration with interior designer Salvatore Izzo, an expert in American-style furniture and the harmony of living spaces, has given rise to three lines with unique charm: Apulia, with olive leaves, a symbol of peace, also paying homage to the lively and spectacular land of Puglia; Coral, paying tribute to the sea, the cradle of life; Hive, which echoes the patterns of nature's creation, those miraculous geometries that arise from the incessant work of bees. These lines also feature precious 12 kt gold wire finishes and a series of items to complement the table setting, including serving ovals, salad bowls, small bowls, sugar bowls, teacups, teapots, and soup tureens, all finished in gold wire.

The Heritage plate series echoes the typical floral decoration of the 1950s and is dressed in the Pantone colors of years gone by, yet still brings a modern touch to the table with its winged plate and matching colors of the Colorama glasses and jugs (in solid, pastel or more intense colors) and Aura Vintage, more nuanced but always striking.

The Joy collection, the real highlight of the exhibition stand at the fair, brings color and elegance to the table for special occasions. Glasses, water glasses, wine glasses, gin glasses, and even cognac glasses come in different colors and shades that make each item truly unique. Hand-finished and produced in Italy, they evoke the art of Murano glass and make the table setting original.

Coming soon to the summer table are new cheerful collections with surprising finishes, such as the Silk line, in satin porcelain and industrial chic colors, perfect for a young and fashionable home.

Weissestal's new products for 2023 do not end there and cover various areas, ranging from the table to the stove with the brand new W°pots cookware lines, made in Italy. Pots, pans, casseroles, grills, skillets, and kitchen utensils for a new cooking experience: from the Smart handle, ergonomic, patented, and innovative, to the Eco-logical handle, made from rice processing waste, to the highest quality non-stick coatings and thick, full, and flat full-induction bases, the W°pots lines stand out for their uniqueness and, above all, their practicality.
