The Christmas table at Cherrypie Cottage
Every year at Christmas, imagination reigns supreme to make the table unique and unforgettable: baubles and holly, festoons and garlands, fir branches, warm lights, and lots of joy to accompany it all. A dream, right?
After a long and difficult period that prevented us from gathering with our loved ones around a lavishly laid table, this time we're ready: here we are with our favorite recipes, a beautiful tablecloth, cloth napkins, lit candles, and all the decorations in place... Wait a minute, what about the plates? And the cutlery? And the glasses?
Luckily, there's still time, and with Weissestal, you can save your Christmas Eve dinner!
Today, we immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of Floriana's table - Cherrypie Cottage, which gives us its style inspiration: a blue and dark green tartan tablecloth, pine branches and pine cones as centerpieces illuminated by candles and golden baubles, a snow-covered tree in the background, and our Circus Blue porcelain dinner service.
Perhaps an unusual color for the Christmas palette, but with a surprising effect. The elegance of the lines takes center stage and meets the rustic touch of the decorations, which balance the Zen style of the plates, with their typical concentric circle decoration reminiscent of raked sand in a Japanese garden or circles in water. To lighten the whole effect, the Vinum glass goblets reflect and amplify the light with their transparency.
The vintage touch? Cutlery with an antique finish in Sintesi Vintage Copper.
