W°pots Millenium line: a new way to experience cooking

In particular, the Millenium line is produced using cryo-casting. This special production technique involves passing molten (pure) aluminum through the mold and then immediately cooling it. The thermal shock results in an extremely solid yet very lightweight product compared to other cast and die-cast products on the market. If you look closely at each item, you will notice slight imperfections that do not compromise its functionality but are a tangible sign of manual workmanship.
The lids are also made of cast aluminum and are only compatible with this line, as they are designed and created specifically for the Millenium series.
The exclusive knob bears the W°pots logo and each lid closes perfectly on its pot, preventing a vacuum effect and at the same time ensuring perfect internal temperature control without heat loss. This is because the right lid on the right pot can make all the difference.
The cast aluminum lids of the Millenium line are solid and thick, which brings significant advantages to the stove:
- the heat is retained longer inside the pot;
- the water reaches boiling point faster;
- food cooks better and more evenly without the risk of burning or sticking;
- you can use the passive pasta cooking method recommended by Barilla to optimize time and money: when the water boils, add the pasta, turn off the stove after two minutes, put the lid on, and wait for the cooking time to elapse, then enjoy your pasta with 80% less CO2 than with the traditional cooking method!
